It’s been a busy few months, with plenty of travel inspiration along the way! I’ve just attended the annual CLIA Cruise360 conference—a wonderful opportunity to connect with cruise lines and fellow travel advisors, hear about what’s coming next and keep learning about the different experiences available. Spending time at events like this helps me look beyond the brochures and ask the questions that matter when matching you with the right cruise and planning your whole holiday.
On the personal travel front, April took me to the USA and Mexico with my niece and nephew for their very first USA holiday. Disneyland, Universal Studios and a cruise aboard Carnival Panorama down to Cabo San Lucas made for quite an introduction! Last month, my husband Carl and I joined our friends aboard Carnival Adventure for a three-night cruise to celebrate his big birthday. Such a lovely way to bring everyone together—and you know I’m always happy to find a reason to cruise!
Next up, Carl and I board Celebrity Edge on 28 October for New Zealand, and March has trips to Queenstown and Bangkok on the calendar. I’ve also just booked something I’m particularly excited about: Norwegian Spirit on 9 June 2027, cruising French Polynesia and the Cook Islands with Carl and my parents. Beautiful islands and time together as a family—this one already has me counting down! I look forward to sharing a few stories, photos and firsthand tips from these adventures in future editions.
